Yes we are fully insured and bonded. We will be happy to provide you with a certificate of liability. We are covered up to 2 million.
All equipment, trucks, and employees are fully licensed.
- How will I know if I exceeded my weight limit?
Weight is determined when the dumpster is emptied. The trailers are weighed at the dump sites and transfer stations. You will be billed for any over weight or over fill.
- Do I need to be onsite to accept the dumpster?
No. As long as you let us know where you want the dumpster prior to arrival we will ensure the driver places the dumpster where you want it.
- When do I have to pay for my dumpster?
For residential rentals a a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a dumpster. For businesses we offer accounts and invoicing with Net 10 day.
- What if I need to cancel my order?
Simply contact us and let us know.
- Do you offer help loading the dumpster?
Yes. We have a dedicated crew for clean out services. We provide both the man power and the dumpster.
- Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
No. All our dumpster come on rubber tires unlike the steel wheels from roll off dumpsters that can cause serious damage.
- What if it rains or snows inside of my dumpster? Do I need to pay for the extra weight?
Yes. it typically accounts for only a small amount of added weight so don't be too concerned. But if you are loading materials that tend to absorb water we suggest tarping the dumpster during the inclement weather.
- Do you offer live loads (when the driver stays onsite while you load)?
Yes. There is an hourly rate and comes as an extra charge.
- How long is the dumpster rental period?
You can determine how long you want the dumpster. We do single day rentals up to 7 day rentals.
- Is my dumpster automatically picked up?
Yes it will be picked on the schedule pickup day and time. If you need to extend the rental simply contact us.
- What is considered a full dumpster?
A full dumpster debris will not exceed the height of the wall of the dumpster.
- How Far Can a Dumpster Be From a Building?
We suggest a minimum of 5 feet from buildings. You should check local ordinances, fire code and zoning regulations within the city the dumpster will be located.
- What areas are dumpster rentals available in Cleveland?
While we strive to service all areas but certain congested areas with in city limits may require additional resource. Please contact us so that we can make the appropriate accommodations.

- Can I fill the contents above the top rim of the dumpster?
No. Due to transportation regulations, we cannot transport a dumpster that is filled higher than the maximum load level. The customer is responsible for unloading contents exceeding the maximum height.
- How much notice is needed to deliver a dumpster?
Often times we can deliver your dumpster the same day. It is preferred that you schedule in advance. One to two days is acceptable. Three to seven days is preferred.
- What If I Need To Change or Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please call a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
- What if I need the dumpster for longer than my 7-day rental?

- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards for payment.
- Can I move the dumpster?
No. Please never attempt to move a container on your own. Please call us at 440.413.2215, we can always accommodate special situations.
